Our Beliefs

Jesus Christ is at the center of everything. Our identity, hope, purpose and salvation are grounded in a growing relationship with Him.

While our physical foundation remains steady at 4265 Wilbur Rd, our heart is experiencing a total revitalization. We are actively rebuilding our ministries from the ground up to ensure that anyone searching for an approachable, yet deeply faithful church home can find exactly what they need right here.
Meet Our Pastors & Staff
Josh Napier
Lead Pastor
Pastor Josh has a deep love for the Word of God and a heart for leading others to Christ. Coming from a family legacy rooted in ministry, Josh has spent much of his life serving in the church and helping others grow in their faith. He served in youth ministry for 15 years and was later ordained, faithfully pastoring the youth for 3 years. Pastor Josh has recently taken over as lead pastor at New View Community Church.
Josh is married to the love of his life, Amy, and together they are blessed with a blended family of 6 kids. He works full time and lives in Greenwood, Indiana.
Outside of ministry and work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and boating, hiking, and cheering on his favorite sports teams. Whether serving in ministry, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with loved ones, Josh’s biggest desire is to help lead others to Jesus.
Jennifer Welty
Children’s Ministry Leader
Jennifer is married to her husband, Dave, and is the proud mom of 3 and grandma of 4 grandchildren. For over 30 years, she has faithfully served in Sunday School and youth ministry, helping children and youth grow in their relationship with Christ.
Since 2022, Jennifer has served as the Children's Ministry Leader at New View Community Church. She is passionate about teaching God's Word and helping children discover the love and truth of Jesus Christ. Jennifer creatively designs lessons to reach children through a variety of learning styles and methods, believing that every child is uniquely created by God.
She considers it a joy and privilege to invest in the next generation and has found that the children have impacted her life as much as she has impacted theirs.
Kimberly and Nick Tankersley
Youth Ministry Leaders
Kim and Nick Tankersley are married and the proud parents of two boys, Wessley and Caenan.
Together, they have a passion for helping young people discover the true love of Jesus, find their God-given purpose, and navigate life's challenges through faith. Both have served in youth camps and youth leadership roles since their late teens, gaining years of experience mentoring and encouraging the next generation.
Nick enjoys hunting, fishing, raising pigs, and coaching youth sports. Kim enjoys baking, photography, singing, and playing the piano. As a family, they love spending time together, making memories with family and friends, and enjoying vacations swimming in the ocean.
